Key Achievements

  • Architected and delivered a unified communication platform integrating bidirectional SMS (Twilio), email, and push notifications into a seamless portal experience with centralized conversation history and message lifecycle management.
  • Designed a reusable date and time management module with universal UI components, standardizing timezone-aware operations across 5 backend services and 3 web portals.
  • Engineered a high-performance, multi-tenant document generation engine supporting dynamic PDF templates, complex conditional logic, tenant-specific document structures, automated data population, and AWS S3 integration.

Details

A multi-tenant, pay-per-use claims management system for insurers and third-party administrators. Insurers configure their own product lines, data models, FNOL (first notice of loss) forms and rules in a configuration portal; claim handlers work claims, tasks, documents and claimant communication (e-mail, SMS) in a claims portal; Iotatech manages tenants in an admin portal. Each tenant gets isolated databases per service, and tenants are resolved from the subdomain.

Architecture: 6 microservices (admin, user management, configuration, claims, change management, task management) behind an API gateway with service discovery and a centralised config server; 3 Angular single-page portals sharing one component library; per-tenant database provisioning; websocket push for live updates.
