Key Achievements
- Engineered a low-code CRM builder using GrapesJS, with reusable data-driven components, GraphQL integration, and dynamic forms, enabling business users to create and customize interfaces without code changes.
- Implemented multi-tenant identity and access management with Keycloak, including role-based access control, entitlement management, administrative interfaces, and route-level authorization.
- Developed modular lending CRM capabilities covering deals, loan fees, contacts, referral partners, tasks, and notes, with reusable UI components and automated data synchronization.
- Architected a multi-tenant integration platform built on gateway, configuration, and worker microservices, combining REST and GraphQL APIs, automated tenant database provisioning, and webhook-driven workflow orchestration.
- Integrated financial and business platforms including Plaid, Coinbase, Currencycloud, Wealthica, and HubSpot through Spring Boot services, enabling unified access to external financial and CRM data.

Covers the deal pipeline, fees, contacts, tasks and notes. Microservices on the backend connect banking, crypto, FX and CRM providers.
